Our lead provider recruiter supports all phases of the recruit to hire process from searching, screening and preliminary interview to building pipeline relationships with the most qualified providers for our general and specialty dental practices.

To fill this role, the lead provider recruiter will have excellent communication skills with hiring managers and provider candidates, knowledge of best practices for utilizing social media and messaging and search platforms and excellent networking skills within industry organizations and institutions of higher education to grow the candidate pipeline. Previous healthcare provider recruiting experience is required.
