Job Description:

Keep current in subject matter knowledge and learning theory and is willing to share this knowledge for the continual improvement of the curriculum

Develop training plans consistent with established guidelines

Act as a liaison between parents, education consultant, and teaching staffs

Work closely with curriculum specialist to fully discover students’ academic needs

Teach virtual sessions with the ability to work on Saturday

Provide onboard training to new teachers and coach teaching staffs as a mentor

Work collaboratively with the team and teacher management leader to streamline and optimize the department policy, operations for best practice

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree is required with 5 years+ of teaching experience in Math or relevant subjects

Work experience of leading a team is strongly prefered

Teaching experience in elementary education in Math is required and virtual teaching experience is strongly preferred

Familiar with Singapore Math Curriculum or K-12 Common Core State Standard

Tech savvy and be able to work individually and collaboratively utilizing the technology provided

Adapt to fast-pace changing environment and work collaboratively with the global teams

Highly skilled, motivated, versatile, responsible, and dynamic individuals with strong communication skills

Training and Development

We offer comprehensive initial one week training with ongoing career development support and opportunities through our Education Development Program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
