Essential Duties:
- Works collaboratively with the Director of Organizational Learning and Development and organizational leadership to assess needs and to develop, facilitate and implement training and development and enrichment activities around operations, compliance, management and leadership across the organization.
- Identifies, develops and facilitates opportunities and training for group and individual leadership learning and development, to include teaching, coaching and assessment throughout the organization and at all levels in order to maximize development, employee engagement, and performance outcomes
- Manages and aligns strategic plan and goals with course and curriculum development as needed-oversees implementation of these decisions throughout the organization.
- Implements surveys and other feedback tools for improvement and continuous development congruent with the needs of the organization.
- Manages the evaluation of the effectiveness of organizational learning offerings against established objectives and makes recommendations and/or changes as required.
- Manages quality assurance activities and audits related to leadership learning offerings to ensure completion of all designated activities and compliance with required documentation.
- Works collaboratively with Human Resources and organizational leadership to support succession planning and employee activities for leadership. Designs and deploys programming to align with leadership need and direction.
- Design and deploy new programs/offerings and supporting program guidelines using adult learning theories and concepts. These programs are reflective of leadership growth and development across all levels of employees.
- Conducts scheduling and logistics management tasks for all Leadership Learning programs, activities and offerings.
- Coordinates training schedules and offerings with the appropriate leaders and departments.
- Collaborates with the Organizational Learning and Development Specialist (OLDS) to manage the online Learning Management System (LMS) for the organization; including the uploading, testing and management of content, as well as the maintenance of course schedules and offerings, and documentation of team member files. Build items as needed and configures courses. Conducts system audits periodically to ensure proper functionality.
- Monitors, builds and maintains reporting for learning (including OSHA course completion reporting)
- Collaborates with the OLDS to manages MHMU programs (orientation, one year on-boarding activities, Ambassador Academy, Leadership Excellence, Leadership Legacy, Team Member Development with primary focus on Leadership Development)
- Assists in the planning and development of leadership team building activities and guidelines.
- Researches and formats learning needs prior to design and deployment of contracts with vendors and consultants
- Collaborates in the planning all employee engagement activities (Family Day, Employee retreat, annual holiday party, etc.)
- Works closely with external vendors and consultants as required.
- Create innovative, engaging, and progressive programs in implementing new learning modalities and delivery methods to provide the highest quality educational experiences through our programs.
- Responsible for educational program implementation, to include timely and appropriate communications.
- Display competent knowledge of the industry/ professional market.
- Display competent knowledge of modern adult learning theory and application of said theory to new and existing programming.
- Assist Director with the Executive Team in developing collaborations and partnerships to develop and extend association programs and audiences.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing programs and implement appropriate changes.
- Work with HR management to understand leadership educational needs and preferences by coordinating ongoing research including, but not limited to, a needs-based analysis with consultations with market research analysts.
- Ensure that leadership educational program information on our websites is accurate and current, meeting the needs of MHM, its members and other web users.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of leadership program/curriculum development required.

Bilingual Spanish Proficiency: Elementary Proficiency - ability to understand basic questions and speech.

Travel Requirements: Up to 15 %
Physical Demands: Sedentary work.
Work Environment: Office/Hybrid environment. Requires occassional visits to other MHM locations, including clinical sites.
