What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Support AXA XL’s talent mission to enhance colleague capability and drive performance within the region.
- Responsible for driving and facilitating Learning & Development initiatives in the region, ensuring they are aligned with the enterprise-wide L&D strategy while meeting local needs.
- Ensure that AXA XL colleagues have a consistent, positive, empowering experience while they work towards their career aspirations.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs locally.
- Deliver on local training and teambuilding needs.
- Design and drive e-learning solutions via LinkedIn Learning and other tools.
- Continuously evaluate developmental activities and resources while aligning with the global enterprise.
- Drive 70 / 20 / 10 development model for the enterprise within the region.
- Assess and deliver multiple methods of training delivery for most impactful solution.
- Maintain advisory/consultative relationships with key stakeholders locally.
- Continuously assess local developmental activities and resources.
You will report to the Senior Talent Management Partner, Americas.
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Proven experience in training design, development, and facilitation (both leader-led and virtual)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong consulting and influencing skills
- Demonstrated project management and analytical skills
- Technically savvy
