About Us:

Donahue Truck Center and Donahue Idealease is a Hino dealership and Commercial Truck Rental and Full Service Leasing provider. We specialize in Commercial truck rental, leasing, parts, sales, service and warranty for Hino Trucks. On the service side, we do it all from PMs to complete overhauls. We are expanding our lease /rental sales team and looking for a passionate, highly motivated, sales-minded individual to help us grow our business. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a transportation selling environment.

Account Manager is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, and customer visits.

This role is based out of Ventura County.

Major Responsibilities

• Be a positive team member that can also work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Detail orientated
• Develop strong trusting relationships with new and existing customers
• Represent new and existing customers by providing product knowledge, facilitating questions and concerns regarding products, services, etc.
• Work with multiple vendors and gather information to prepare and rate proposals
• Effectively present proposal to potential customers at their facility
• Build a customer base of new rental & lease accounts
• Grow the rental business through outside sales and marketing
• Schedule, track and deliver new equipment
• Identify opportunities for growth
• Utilize a CRM system to log and track sales contact process

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
