Midwest Machinery, Co. is looking for a Leasing Specialist for our New Richmond, WI team!

MMC is a John Deere dealership with 30 locations throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin that provides Agricultural, Consumer, and Construction Worksite Products. We strive to keep the hometown feel for both our customers and employees within their communities.

Purpose:

Manage and administer all aspects of Midwest Machinery Companys in-house leasing company. Consistently exhibit Midwest Machinery Companys core values of Commitment, Passion, Progressiveness, Integrity, and Value Delivery.

Responsibilities:

Generate lease financing

• Build relationships with all Midwest Machinery salespeople.
• Train sales force on in-house finance process, continually quote payments, structure lease quotes to fit customers cash flow while protecting companys equity position in equipment.
• Visit all locations periodically.
• Set annual goals for each salesperson and market promotions throughout the year for sales team. (Excel, Access, In-person travel/contact, Phone, Email, Text)

Administer day-to-day operations

• Create and process all lease paperwork required to perfect companys position in the leased equipment.
• Enter completed leases into company database.
• Create and mail out monthly invoices, perform collections on customer accounts.
• Set up and process ACH payments with bank, process cash, check, and credit card payments daily.
• Manage and balance bank account. (QuickBooks, Word, postage meter/post office, letters, online banking, and web sites)

Manage and direct all leasing company business

• Approve credit and structure of leases including residual buyouts, determine prepayments or down payment required.
• Generate month end reports, including year-end and any audits.
• Review lease paperwork and notices as needed to stay compliant.
• Determine course of action on collection of past due accounts.
• Handle all legal action and filings.
• Implement online improvements for customers.
• Continually review and update structure and practices for lease approval process and collections. (Periodic attorney interaction, courtroom appearances)
• Maintains and promotes a safe work environment. Demonstrates understanding of and ability to follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
• Performs other duties as assigned

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Experience:

• leasing and financing equipment: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
