Summary

Provides quality customer service and data entry to all local, regional and countywide Legal / Logistics operations in the Southern California office, ensuring the organization is effectively moving towards its primary objectives by performing the following duties personally or through coworkers.

Operations:

Receive; process and review all related Legal / Logistics orders. Including preparation of new orders, subpoenas, mail and setting up assignments in document management systems as required. Perform at an efficient level as much as 85 orders per day in the daily operation of the organization through active involvement with the B2B locations, department’s, coworkers and supervisors.

Conducts continuous analyses of order assignments and maintain a quantity of up to 85 daily orders and expedite scheduling for possible consolidation, monitoring Drivers / Deposition Officers schedules to increase efficiency.

Review incoming assignments and proposed routing, initiates preparation, mail and distribution of client work and submits analyses of data and rescheduling recommendations to administration. Process outgoing and incoming mail.

Recommend and assist with continuing upgrades to software functions, reporting and tracking spreadsheets and customer service issue escalation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour
