An American Family Insurance Agency in Bellevue is seeking for a full-time/part-time professional and ambitious sales producer to join our team. American Family insurance is one of the fastest growing companies with unlimited career opportunities.

Objectives for a Licensed Sales Producer: Maintain high levels of activity to meet goals Proactively contact leads Answer inbound calls, service customer needs, and cross sell Agent Assistant will help the agent in quoting and compiling files for the agent's appointments The ability to prospect through mail, company resources, and setting Personal Insurance review appointments for the agent. Understand products, procedures and best practices for promoting policy growth and retention.

Qualified candidates will possess: Outstanding relationship skills. Licenses in property, casualty insurance. Organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills a must. The ability to demonstrate oral and written communication skills. Ability to learn American Family products, services, and computer system. Strong listening and verbal skills Coach-able Detail oriented Positive person willing to tackle challenges Tenacity, determination and persistence Self-motivated and a fast learner.

Prior insurance experience is not required but preferred. If selected, the following requirements must be met upon your employment start date: Obtain an insurance license for Property, Casualty & Life Insurance. (Education cost will be reimbursed after 90 days of employment)

Pay: $17 to $20 an hour plus commissions. Paid holidays Paid vacation

Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
