About the Role:

The Life Cycle Management (LCM) Data Analyst assists in developing and implementing processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of data assessments, reconciliations, and data maintenance around our clients' technology assets. The LCM Data Analyst will analyze multiple information sources to maintain data accuracy in LAMP throughout the customer relationship. This team member works with the LCM Services Team on data related tasks and projects, including uploading, auditing, and analyzing customer data to determine best practices utilizing Trace3's cloud-based asset management tool LAMP, Databricks and PowerBI reports, as well as Cisco's CCW-R tool and other vendor tools and reports.

What You'll Do:

• • Produce simple data audits to ensure data accuracy for existing LAMP accounts
  • Prepare custom LAMP data reports
  • Upload and maintain customer and vendor data in LAMP
  • Update LAMP data for vendor return merchandise authorizations (RMAs)
  • Handle LAMP tickets
  • Assist with new customer LAMP page buildouts
  • May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with databases (preferably LAMP), and online tools (CCW-R, SNTC Portal), basic knowledge of data collectors (SNTC, SolarWinds, ServiceNow) and APIs
• Capacity to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion
• Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills, and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
• Ability to approach LCM Services Team requests in a proactive and consultative manner; listen to and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver
• Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
• Motivated self-starter who loves to solve challenging problems and feels comfortable working directly with customers
