We are looking for a hardworking, reliable installer with a sense of urgency and motivation to join our team. Day-to-day: During office hours, you will assist the sales team with quotations and work on improving our showroom. Time outside will be at job sites quoting and installing light fixtures for clients. Installations will have a deadline.

Earnings: Expect to earn up to $20 in base with bonuses for project completion.

Training: During your 90-day probation period you will go through our new hire orientation. You will be given one-on-one training, on-the-job training, and a training video that will teach you everything about our industry and why LED lighting is the future.

Internal Mobility: A majority of our management staff started off on the floor. We provide a complete scope of initial and continuous training throughout your employment to give you the opportunity to rise within our company.

The LED lighting industry has an industry growth rate of over 87%+ year over year. Similarly, our company is growing at a rapid pace and we are always looking for candidates for internal promotion within our own team. There have been multiple individuals promoted to management positions within their first several months and we strive to continue that tradition.

• You have previous sales experience
• You genuinely love helping customers
• You have excellent computer skills and type fairly fast
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish

Compensation:

• Up to $20 hourly rate
• Bonuses based on project completion
