JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for those that can sling noodles and create a bowl of ramen that is Insta-worthy for our guests. The ideal Line Cook candidates are those that can get into the rhythm of the line while playing team with their fellow noodle-slingers. They can also provide exceptional customer service to those sitting at the bar

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail by taking pride in the execution of dishes
• Keeping a clean and organized BOH station; including cleaning after service
• Set up/ breakdown workstations in a timely manner to ensure prompt opening/ closing of the store
• Practice proper food rotation and sanitation practices
• Properly learn and execute all our recipe procedures
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Be available to help and collaborate with other stations if requested or needed
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary
• Other tasks as specified by management

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of line experience
• Comply to all occupational, health, and safety standards.
• Be comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment
• Flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)
• Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve

Pay: $20 - $23 / hour
