As a Linens Service Courier with the Linens Department, you must ensure the highest level of overall Linen services in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Linens Service Courier must be able to communicate effectively with others and perform all assigned tasks expediently and professionally. OBX Linen Solutions, a division of Sun Realty, is seeking seasonal part-time Linen Service Courier in our Corolla, Duck or Kill Devil Hills areas.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Must use personal vehicle for Linen Courier Services.
• Responsible for picking up linen bags from vacation properties and returning to dedicated office location.
• May be asked to run linens to vacation properties.
• Unload linen bags from your own vehicle to designated area.
• Ability to lift between 50-100 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions including extreme heat and extreme cold.
• May be required to assist with other Sun offices/departments as needed.

Schedules are Saturdays from 11:00am – 7:00pm.

Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, standing, sitting, driving, reaching bending climbing steps, and lifting 50-100 pounds; repetitive motion, folding, wrapping, stocking linens; loading and unloading trucks; effective written and verbal communication in the English language.

Machines/Equipment: Must use personal vehicle and possess a valid, active driver’s license (minimum of 3 years), and clean driving record (MVR).

Work Environment: Exposure to outside weather conditions, fast paced, physically strenuous; climbing flights of steps inside and out; maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic.
