Civil Litigation Paralegal- P.I. / Employment (West L.A.)

A successful civil litigation, employment, and personal injury law firm seeking a full-time paralegal with a minimum 3 years of actual litigation experience. We offer excellent salary and benefits in line with your level of experience. The successful candidate will receive a Starting Bonus of $5,000, within 30 days from hire. Candidate must be familiar with all aspects of the litigation process and applicable rules, procedures, and protocols.

You will be assisting attorneys at the firm with drafting pleadings and motions, propounding and responding to discovery, demand packages, preparation for mediation and actual trial. You will be working on very interesting cases in a beautiful office with kind, committed people focused on obtaining the best outcomes for our clients.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of paralegal work in civil litigation, preferably handling plaintiff employment and/or personal injury matters;

* Excellent grammar and writing skills;
* Excellent computer skills,
* Well-organized and attentive to details;

* Excellent people skills, as you will interact with opposing parties and clients daily;

* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
