SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES
Aid in maintaining the DecisionPro Loan Origination System by testing, validating, and documenting all changes. Help collaborate with the planning and execution of future loan system initiatives. Provide the highest level of support to end users.

- Collaborate with various departments throughout the bank to build and maintain loan products in DecisionPro. This process includes testing the loan products and validating them through reporting, compliance, legal and loan operations.
- Work with training and support teams to create end – user documentation for DecisionPro products.
- Maintaining loan policy characteristics for branch and dealer originated loans.
- Maintaining loan rates for branch and dealer originated loans in DecisionPro system.
- Assisting with release testing to ensure system functions consistently in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Help with frequent system audits as needed. Maintain integrity of our test and production environments by duplicating and documenting all changes implemented. Help trouble shoot and provide back office and end user support. Must be able to multi-task and work harmoniously with others at all times, complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree and/or specific experience or training in a related field preferred
- Experience: Experience with maintaining a loan origination system is required. Loan and underwriting background preferred
- Knowledge: Advanced knowledge in MS office products a plus; must have good communication skills and be detail oriented. Must be self-motivating and require little to no supervision in getting tasks done in a timely manner.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES
New Employee Training. Required annual compliance training.

Additional training may be required.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents and reports. Some nights and weekend work will be required.

This position does require some travel.
