Talento Search Group has an opening for a Logistics Customer Service Representative in Pooler, Georgia. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $18-23 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Service as the maint contact for assigned clients tracking inbound and outbound containers
• Enter client and tariff information into system
• Work with custom brokers and customs to assist in the release of cargo
• Issue instructions for picking up containers to the trucking company
• Coordinate deliveries with internal and external truckers
• Ensure billing and invoicing is performed in a timely manner
• Track import and export shipments to clients

Experience Needed:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills and experience on Microsoft Office
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a logistics environment
• Experience coordinating incoming shipments into a warehouse
