Logistics Office Administrative Coordinator
An international food manufacturer is seeking a qualified Logistics Assistant who is interested in supporting the logistics department. 2 -3 years of logistics experience is a must.

Perform a variety of logistics administrative assignments.
Job Description
- Process and confirm the order by Email, fax, and EDI
- Making and inputting order form and pick list
- Coordinate truck driver for pick up schedule
- Making inventory control
- Logistics administrative assignments such as operating, answering the phone, send fax and email to the customer.
- Provide customer service (Help customer to make pick up / delivery appointment and check status)
- Receive deliveries, check the condition of package and inform receivers.
- Daily invoices – Separated, fold it and put in envelope.
- Daily shipment – After shipment separate BOL and put in customer’s folder. Pick sheet, order form put together – double check quantity and code date.
- Double check Freight invoices (Supporting papers, freight total etc.)
- Maintain Inventory – Temp. recorder, Invoice form, BOL from and Pick sheet form and Other office supply.
- Updates truck expense file.
- Double check all open orders.
- Checking product order email, process PO’s and forward message to appropriate
Requirement:
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Associate degree preferred but not a must
- Familiar with using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel )
- Basic Knowledge of Logistics system such as A+ System preferred but will train if you don’t have any experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail – can communicate with all levels
- Good organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet agreed upon deadlines.
