Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse:
As part of the Nursing Department, you will participate in a collaborative and interdisciplinary team. You will work directly with a Registered Nurse where you will be provided guidance and assistance in your daily duties and you nurse the sickest in mental health back to their optimal health.

Duties include:

• Medication Administration
• Participates in Treatment Planning
• Implements patient care activities
• Reports to the Registered Nurse and the House Supervisor
• Participates in Medication Reconciliation.
• Provides education to the patient and family, as needed. Performs venipuncture according to policy.
• Adheres to policy and procedure.
• May conducted focussed assessments

Requirements for the position include:

• Requires current unencumbered Nevada License
• Graduate from a regionally accredited nursing program
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers

Job Types: Full-time, PRN

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
