We are presently seeking talented, compassionate professionals to join our team of Licensed Practical Nurses. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living tasks and coordinating with the medical team for the transition of our patients. Our Licensed Practical Nurses offer a supportive and nurturing environment where our patients feel comfortable in their own homes. We have a female client out in New Boston, MI. These are 12 hour night shifts from 6pm-6am

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Valid LPN Licensed in the State of MI
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a LPN in a facility or Home Care Agency
• Vent Experience (Is a plus)
• SCI Experience (REQUIRED)
• Valid Drivers License
• Follow Plan of Care and the direction of DON
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent Assessment Skills
• Documents Daily and Reports any changes to the DON, assures documentation compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations and professional standards of practice.
• Administers medications and performs treatments for assigned client and documents that treatment as required by Company, and local state and federal rules and regulation.
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to lift, carry, transport and move clients as needed.
