Job description
We are in need of 3-4 Machine Operators in Clifton NJ!
Candidates will train on 1st shift and will ultimately move to 3rd shift.
Hours will be 11 pm to 7 am.
Pay = $20-22hr
Essential Duties and Tasks:
- Operate the Laminator.
- Co-ordinate duties with the Assistant to minimize waste and downtime.
- Responsible for the Quality Test Report Documentation.
- Notifies Supervisor/Lead Person or Quality Assurance Technician of non-conformities.
- Ensure raw materials have been approved for use.
- Ensure all bench top test and measuring equipment being used are properly calibrated.
- Identification and control of Non-conforming material.
- Set-up and Clean-up machine.
- General Laminator area clean up.
- Machine operator experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Must be mechanically inclined and computer literate.
- Candidate must follow all safety procedures
- Must be available for any shift.
- Must be clean shaven, wear a respirator, and safety glasses.
- Work with chemicals, and wear all safety gear(-respirator), (gloves) Must be clean shaven everyday for proper respirator fit.
- Must be able to work with hand tools, and some small power tools.
- Must be able to read and understand specifications, and job orders.
- Data entry is part of the job - must have D/E skills.
