Job Description
- Support day to day manufacturing operations
- Help coach team members on Preventative Maintenance
- Work with contractors to assist with the plant expansions
- This is a hands-on role requiring a wide range of electrical and mechanical skills
- Work with conveyers, chains, setting up machines
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: This is an entry level postion
- 1-3 years experience preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of mechanics, electrical and tools
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
This position is an 8 hour shift on 3rds, Sunday night through Friday morning, with opportunity for overtime (no caps). The pay is based on experience and you will be eligible for PTO, full benefits, 401k, and holidays. Nox has partnered with the Fostoria Learning Center to offer an apprenticeship program to those individuals in the department that meet certain criteria.
*$1,000.00 sign on bonus: For eligibility you must have perfect attendance, must not be a re-hire and must be a current employee during pay-out. Pay-out as follows: $500 per month for 2 months.
