Stonebridge at Montgomery has an excellent full time opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! Sign on Bonus! Hourly rate: $19.00/Hour!
The Maintenance Mechanic will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, renovation and other multi-craft duties requiring the highest level of skill, expertise and experience. Must be able to creatively problem-solve.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, painting/wall preparation and other miscellaneous disciplines requiring the highest levels of expertise and experience.
- Work as a team member with other Maintenance/Facilities Department workers.
- Able to make use of an electronic work order system.
- Maintain, repair, clean and inspect various equipment throughout the facility including pumps, valves, air handling units, ventilators, fan coils, compressors, motors, roof exhausts, etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years experience preferred.
