The Maintenance Planner improves work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and co-ordination of manpower, parts and material, and equipment access. The Maintenance Planner prepares plans for individual work orders and prepares work schedules and reports. This person will work directly with the Plant Engineer to build a reliable CMMS system. Supports the function of the plant maintenance department by developing job plans, spare parts inventory control and advance work/projects schedule.

Responsibilities
Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:
- Develop work plans for maintenance activity with necessary information to allow efficient scheduling, assignment, and execution of maintenance work.
- Equipment and repairs parts data entry and management.
- Support bidding procedures with vendor performance evaluations, material specifications, and pre-qualification of suppliers and materials.
- Manage/analyze workflow process in CMMS/ROSS.
- Coordinate with maintenance members to ensure process reliability and ensures the development and implementation of a full preventive maintenance program.
- Assist in planning and scheduling capital projects process.
- Assist in maintaining equipment’s/assets information and inventory.
- Coordinate the receiving of repair parts and supply items into the ROSS.
- Interface with vendors for returns, warranties, quality, payment, delivery, and proof of delivery as required.
- Interface with The Cheesecake Factory Bakery Financial/Accounting for proper accounting, payment, and resolution of issues.
- Maintain an organized and accurate parts storeroom and identify and eliminate obsolete parts.
- Maintain Parts Inventory accuracy including entering parts and required information into the CMMS system (ROSS) to obtain parts numbers and storage locations
Qualifications
What we require:
- Must have 2-3 years of Maintenance Planning/Inventory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Maintenance Software.
- Must be able to work Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm.
