We have an immediate need for a well-organized, enthusiastic individual to join our prestigious, award winning property management team as a Maintenance Supervisor at our luxury apartment community, Quarry Place, Tuckahoe, NY.

Responsibilities - manage team and perform daily building maintenance/operations. Ensure timely completion in filling resident work requests, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs and other duties necessary to maintain the physical property's condition, value and appeal.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in all phases of apartment maintenance and overall building trades, including appliance, plumbing, light, and electrical
• CPO and EPA Universal Certifications
• Ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines in busy, time-sensitive environments
• HS diploma or equivalent MANDATORY
• Previous supervisory experience
• Current, valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential real estate or hospitality industries a plus
• Professional appearance, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and manage vendors effectively
• Must be available for emergency/on-call situations; some weekends required
