To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. To be a good fit for the Equipment Maintenance Technician opportunity, you will have:

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience in production environments. Experience with optical processing equipment is a plus.
• Basic skills in both mechanical and electrical problem-solving
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of optical industry preferred
• 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting of Computers, Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Industrial systems preferred
• Able to define Preventative Maintenance procedures and review/maintain spare parts for the equipment
• Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills
• Perform under minimal supervision
