Job description

Our organization is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work on our facility, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Provide technical assistance to other technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
