AtWork Personnel is looking for Maintenance Techs to assist one of our clients in the Cherokee County area.

In your role as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be performing general maintenance on plant equipment including welding systems, temperature control systems, semi-automatic controlled machinery, vacuum pumps, and more.

Job Description:

· Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility property including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.

· Work with voltage and current meters, electronic probes, to diagnose faults in circuitry

· Replace faulty switches, sockets, and other elements of electrical systems

· Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical parts, such as gears, brushes, and armatures

· Responsible for assigning and tracking tools and equipment

Qualifications:

· Experience in basic forklift, pneumatic, and hydraulic system

· Able to read and perform work from Electrical blueprints

· Evidence of three phase electrical training

· Experience in electrical troubleshooting

· Experience in troubleshooting, programing, and installing PLC’s

· Skilled Welder (MIG, TIG, Aluminum) able to read and operate from blueprints

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all tool room functions to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.

Essential Functions:

• Analyzes concerns related to molds, tools and fixtures used with the injection mold area to determine root causes
• Conducts thorough examination of incoming molds, tools and fixtures and makes repairs as needed to make them operational (this may require the use of tools including but not limited to a welder, mill or lathe)
• Disassemble and Assemble molds.
• Repair, fix and implement engineering changes of molds
• Carryout manual tool changes on all manufacturing tools in line with production scheduling
• Complete repairs and modification of manufacturing tools

HOURS:

2ND SHIFT: MON-FRI 3:00PM-11:30PM

$20/HOUR or BOE

Job Type: Full-time
