One of our clients, an excellent Cincinnati, Ohio company is looking for an experienced Recruiter for a Management Recruiting Specialist. Selected individuals will work full-time, onsite in their downtown Cincinnati office.

Summary of Responsibilities:


This person is responsible for sourcing, attracting and screening mid- to high-level field management candidates for placement at locations across the U.S. Consults with senior sales leadership, hiring managers and appropriate human resource managers throughout the selection process. Trains and coaches field management and the Agency Talent Acquisition (TA) team in the sourcing and attracting of candidates. Assists in the creating, implementing, and monitoring of recruitment strategies to attract diverse and multicultural talent. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalating to manager when necessary.


Selection Criteria:


  • Five or more years of demonstrated experience in successfully identifying and recruiting management level candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with various performance metrics associated with recruitment (time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Proven ability in creative sourcing and networking to identify candidates. Strong knowledge, experience and willingness to research new, creative opportunities to source candidates. Knowledge of community/regional area recruiting strategies, organizations, state/local agencies and professional associations.
  • Proven ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management, build positive relationships, and influence from a distance.
  • Proven knowledge and awareness of applicable state/federal employment laws, such as Title VII, the ADA and “Ban the Box” laws. Able to recognize whether any questions or concerns should be escalated to management for further guidance.
  • Demonstrated experienced in behavioral interviewing and performing reference and background checks.
