The Jubilant Radiopharmacies Network of facilities positions us to serve national GPO’s, regional systems, as well as standalone clinics and hospitals. We are currently seeking aManager, Learning & Development to support our pharmacy operation.
The ideal candidate for theManager, Learning & Development will be responsible for the JDR oversight, development, documentation and coordination of system-wide training efforts. This includes, Learning Management System administration for team members (LMS: Compliance Wire, etc.), training program creation in collaboration with Human Resources and corporate partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all learning & development, organization & talent development for JDR
- Lead the talent succession planning (TSP) process and tools for JDR
- Assists the HR team with the performance management process, especially with the associated training
- Leads the JDR training Champion program throughout all pharmacies
- Provide detailed, accurate and thorough management of online training through Compliance Wire
- Enter and update user groups and curricula for new hire, recurring and implementation training
- Assist managers with implementing Compliance Wire for their new hires
- Run and post weekly reports for management to ensure completion of required training
- Responsible for all technical & non-technical training/facilitation, as required
- Assist team members with course direction and training path required in their position
- Troubleshoot issues within training system(s) and ensure timely solutions to the users
- Leads all employee engagement initiatives for JDR
- Assists supporting the Applause Program for North America, as needed
- Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements
- Notifies HR director of the need for additional material and supplies
- Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicates issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintains specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Works on special projects, as assigned.
- Performs other duties, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in learning & development or a related field required –
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a training department required. Combination of education & experience may be acceptable.
- Must be able to successfully pass company’s background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license also required.
- Proficient with/advance knowledge of the following software: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Canva, Adobe, Articulate, HRIS (PeopleSoft preferred), LMS (Compliance Wire preferred).
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceuticals
- Experience handling requirements of large, multi-task projects
- Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills
- Strong detail orientation, follow-through and multi-tasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop and present to senior leadership comprehensive and extensive PowerPoint presentations while supporting them with equivalent Excel spreadsheets.

- Demonstrated ability to cope well with change, risk, and uncertainty (ambiguity) and act decidedly with incomplete or imperfect information.
- Some occasional travel may be required.;
