Manager of Healthcare Analytics

VillageCare is looking for a motivated individual to act as the Manager of Healthcare Analytics. This position will drive the execution of analytics and reports across the organization to support business operations and strategy. This will include the analysis of financial, operational, clinical, and quality metrics for all lines of business.

In this role you will manage the healthcare data and analytics, both advanced statistical analysis and regulatory standard reporting, for VillageCare. The manager oversees encounter submissions and leads the review of regulatory submissions. Serving as a consultant to senior management on statistical analysis and design, and as a subject matter expert on technical aspects of data sources that support the monthly financial close, will be crucial to this role.

We would like to speak to those who bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional work experience, advanced skills in statistical analysis and software (SQL, SAS, and Tableau) and advanced proficiency with Excel, Power Point and Access software applications. Strong knowledge of managed care reporting and encounter submissions required. A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Finance or relevant field or equivalent years of experience required. Must be located in the Greater NYC Area.
