Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Manager of Medical Oncology to join our amazing team!

The Manager of Medical Oncology Services directs staff in multiple offices by working with Team Leads in the effective, safe and exemplary care of Oncology and Hematology patients. Identifies performance improvement needs, develops and implements improvement plans under the supervision of the Medical Director or Director of Oncology Services. Reviews and implements inventory control. Works to resolve workflow and satisfaction issues for providers, staff and patients. Acts as the liaison between departments, physicians and patients. Duties will cover administrative, technical and legal tasks.

Starting wage of $55,000/year will increase with experience.
