Core Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the business and based on that learning craft a social marketing strategy that attracts clients, partners and peers to the organization through our social media suite of channels.
- Curate, write, and edit long form and short form content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook). Superior writing/editing/storytelling skills are required. Video production experience would be an asset.
- With the mindset of a journalist, collaborate with partners across the business to identify content and campaigns for external distribution and oversee the production of that content.
- Ideate and execute strategies to grow reach and engagement across all touchpoints using organic and paid tactics, including the administration of our employee social advocacy program. Experience with Social Chorus, Dynamic Signal, or similar advocacy platform would be a bonus, but not required.
- Monitor audience engagement, manage our communities and report on campaign success. Ideal candidates will have experience using content/social management tools commonly used across the industry, especially with Sprinklr.
- As a social media expert, consult individuals and teams on social media best practices to support both individual and department goals.
- An interest in keeping one step ahead of the pack by being knowledgeable on the latest innovations and advancements in digital marketing: the person in this role will be expected to try new things, take strategic risks, and approach the role with a fresh perspective and positive attitude.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Pay Range: $96,803.86 - $145,205.78
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
