Description:Perform repetitive light mechanical tasks as an operator on a fast-paced, high-rate production line. Work collaboratively with advanced robotics and automation, using specialized tooling and fixturing in the manufacture of electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. Leverage multi-media work instructions to perform work and use a manufacturing execution system to document completions and quality defects. May conduct in-line quality inspections in accordance with quality specifications and perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery. Operator may disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. Candidates must have some mechanical aptitude, but no experience required.
Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required

• Strong ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and procedures and ability to work in a cross functional team

• Ability to support first shift and weekend schedule if needed per production schedule

Desired Skills:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools.
• Positive attitude
• Prior experience building assemblies
• Experience with process improvements and working with teams
• Experience with interacting with both internal and external customers.
