- Processing incoming rental equipment: cleaning, downloading data, calibrating and entering transactions in a database
- Fulfilling outgoing rentals: determining ship priority based on due date and ship method, printing pick list, assembling and testing outgoing equipment, recording and entering equipment numbers into a database.
- Assisting cable wash operator and working with the inside sales team
