Description of Manufacturing Supervisor
- Oversee manufacturing workers in a production environment
- Maintain proper documentation and reinforce company policies
- Areas needed include: welding, paint, quality, maintenance, shipping, and machining
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week
- 1st shift, long-term position
- Direct hire, permanent position
Requirements of Manufacturing Supervisor
- Experience overseeing workers in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Knowledge of quality, maintenance, shipping, or machining a big plus
- Must have reliable transportation, positions are NOT on a bus line
- Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check
- Reliable work history with good references required
Compensation of Manufacturing Supervisor
- $55K-$65K per year
- Full company benefits available if hired by client company
