Position Title: Manufacturing Technician Il Reports to: Supervisor Operations & Supply Chain
Department: CFOAM – CONSOL Innovations Location: Triadelphia, WV
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Technician II will participate in the production of CONSOL’s CFOAM products. This position will provide cross-functional support to all areas of production with primary responsibility for all autoclave work. Applicant will be maintaining the highest standards in compliance within company policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations.

- Responsible for supporting manufacturing processes by implementing all aspects of process improvement, equipment setup, testing, documentation, problem correction and related tooling
- Assists supervisor in the implementation of preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, ordering parts, and equipment required for repair, maintenance, and installation of new or legacy equipment while supporting inventory maintenance.
- Performs daily rounds and documents readings on equipment logs
- Updates supervisor on work status or problems. Assists in modifying procedures to improve equipment operation or processes. Records assignments and information concerning materials and parts used. Follows simple testing protocols and documents results. Assists with manufacturing phase of new products or product changes. Reports safety issues to supervisor. Supports specialized studies or experiments
- Ensures work area is prepared for production by prepping materials and setting up jobs per the production plan and work instructions
- Uses table saws and band saws for cutting materials to specifications
- Uses rulers, micrometers, and scales to verify and confirm that product is spec
Required Skills and Experience
- One + years of basic electrical experience and/or formal training in a manufacturing environment
- Must be capable of successfully completing the following training: autoclave, hazard communication, and other required training or certifications
- Familiar with manufacturing autoclave equipment
- Thorough comprehension of operation and safety requirements in relation to autoclaves and boilers, preferred
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet project goals and timelines
- Able to identify areas of low efficiency and work to provide improvements
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Ability to read work instructions and blueprints
- Ability to operate basic hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
