About the role:
We're hiring Market Entry Managers to lead all aspects of geographic expansion. As a Market Entry Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and rapid launch of new farm facilities in key expansion geographies in both the United States and abroad. You will oversee cross functional teams and maintain ownership of everything from site selection and permitting to channel partner selection and distribution. You will report directly to the COO.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate with senior executive leadership to understand and execute company level strategy expansion priorities
- Manage, plan, and execute complex end-to-end market entry initiatives, from project conceptualization through sales and distribution
- Manage cross-functional teams from engineering, farm, operations, and business departments
- Work creatively and break through bottlenecks in order to strictly adhere to timelines, budgets, and project requirements
- Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners
Who you are:
- 3+ years of management experience in fast paced, high-responsibility, high feedback work environment
- Proven track record of tackling ambiguous and loosely structured problems
- Strong communicator able to build close relationships with strategic partners
- Comfortable diving in and understanding new technical and non-technical concepts
- Your past teammates liked having you on their team - not only because you're a good and dependable person, but because you weren't afraid to push both them and yourself to get amazing things done
