Camp Victory is seeking a full-time, year-round Marketing and Resource Development Director for our “Special Camp for Special Kids.' We host partner groups who serve children with various special needs, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, spina-bifida, and many more. Our site is full-service and located on 130+ beautiful acres in rural central Pennsylvania, where we serve more than 1600 campers in 29 camps each year.

We are currently conducting a national search to recruit a dynamic Marketing and Resource Development Director with proven fundraising success, outreach experience and skilled marketing and communication efforts to advance our mission. The Marketing and Resource Development Director will cultivate and maintain positive relationships with current and potential donors. This person will be responsible for leading revenue generating, marketing, and development efforts for Camp Victory as directed by the Executive Director.

Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum of 5 years of productive performance in multimedia marketing, public relations, community development, and fundraising. Ten years of exceptional performance in related activity may be substituted for education. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits consistent with experience.
