The Position :
We are hiring a Marketing and Sales manager that wears a lot of hats and can have a tremendous impact on the success of our members and the comopany. General goals are:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support
- Preparing proposals, quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Work with Management to create and execute the overall business strategy for sales and marketing
- Host office tours, create proposals and follow up with leads
- Prepares reports for sales and marketing
- Attending sales-focused shows, conferences, and meetings. Scouting new leads
- Ensuring that sales targets are met
- Make outbound sales calls and visits
- Build and engage an entrepreneurial community where members interact and bring value to each other
- Work as a team with the Community manager
- Be a problem solver.
- Wear the company’s hat inside and outside the space.
- Work with social media managers to generate social content that will drive communications
- Plan and execute events for members and non-members.
- Monitor overall marketing strategy by overseeing social media campaigns.
- Work with third party platforms to increase business opportunities
- Maintain accurate computer records of prospects and customers within the CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1 year in marketing, sales, advertising or related role
- Stay focused and motivated at all times
- Prospecting skills are a must
- Be a chameleon - very flexible and adaptable
- Think creatively, be a problem-solver, and communicate clearly
- Team player - We are all in this together
- Have a desire to work in minor or major league sports
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
