At ProStar, we design, develop, and deploy industry-leading software applications that aid in locating and mapping underground utility assets. The Marketing Coordinator and Content Creator is an integral part of the marketing team and will work across all divisions of the company. This person is responsible for coordinating and calendaring the marketing and sales team’s activities and coordinating with partners for copywriting to include technical papers (with our Development team), press releases (with CEO and VP Marketing), social media content, website, and other marketing material as needed. This position is based out of our Grand Junction, Colorado office.

Responsibilities

• Create a content schedule to support sales activities that include press releases, social media, white papers, marketing emails, website content, and product release notes for our users.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating trade shows, conferences, and other media.
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and external clients to develop content for our websites, press releases, emails, print design, etc.
• Employ SEO strategies in your writing.
• Research and fact-check thoroughly to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Edit and proofread copy as needed.
