The Opportunity
Our Zulily corporate headquarters is in Seattle, WA. This is a hybrid role and you will report to the Brand Marketing leadership team at our Seattle office.
Zulily is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Brand Marketing team by coordinating special projects and tasks across our social and PR teams to help build key marketing campaigns. You'll maintain product guidelines, which establish standards and guardrails around the types of products we should feature on our site to uphold brand and company standards, and you'll support the onboarding of new vendors into internal systems.

You will report to the Brand Leadership team, and work with Marketing Specialists, Managers, and our Brand Director. You'll work with a variety of teams within our organization, supporting projects that directly help our customers. There will be opportunities for you to manage brief and defined brand projects and in the process, you will learn about marketing strategy from the ground up, building a foundation for your career.
Your Impact
- Monitor brand alias inbox, as part of a team, to provide brand perspective on-site merchandise, using product guidelines.
- Track brand marketing budget, including creation/tracking of purchase orders and receipt of invoices.
- Lead product sample sourcing, shipping, and tracking for social and brand campaigns.
- Create/maintain monthly communications to send to our Customer Service teams on upcoming brand, social and PR projects to help them better serve our customers.
- Work with Zulily teams in Merchandising to maintain a list of brands approved for use in marketing materials.
- Partner with Technology teams to ensure approvals are integrated into vendor systems and with Procurement, and Legal to maintain communications and contracts with internal and external parties.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience
- Comfortability working on multiple new assignments at any given time
- Experience working towards goals and being observant of details
- Prior experience communicating via Email and Teams, and using Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Sharepoint, and other programs in an office setting
