Title: Marketing Manager

Position Type: Full Time

Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm ET

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Remote (US)

Summary:

The Marketing Manager is a key member of the Eagan Immigration team responsible for growing and driving marketing and sales initiatives across the firm to increase revenue streams. In conjunction with the leadership team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive and integrated marketing plan aligned with the strategic goals of the firm. The Marketing Manager will also lead all digital marketing content and platform management, oversee any outside marketing agencies/vendors and manage any internal marketing staff. This role is a “player-coach” position, and the successful candidate will need to both think strategically and creatively around the “big picture” and also implement and execute day-to-day actions to further the messaging and goals of the firm. We are looking for a motivated, high-energy, creative marketing professional with a passion for helping immigrants.

Eagan Immigration is a US-based law firm dedicated to helping our clients explore their immigration options, create a plan for their case and obtain the immigration benefit for which they qualify. Responsibilities:

● Design and execute global marketing and social media strategy across multiple platforms

● Develop and own social media strategy and content

● Create ad campaigns for Facebook Ads and Google Ads; analyzing their success, creating funnels and adjusting campaigns as needed

● Oversee website content, including reviewing and approving testimonials and maintaining appropriate and up to date information

● Run the day-to-day operations and growth of social media for the firm using TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin, Twitter and WhatsApp, and any additional platforms that arise

● Curate and optimize content calendar across all platforms to coincide with new campaigns and market events

● Leverage data to understand what worked on each social media platform to improve engagement rate

● Work closely with Eagan team to create content to represent the voice of the customer. Develop a cross-channel social media platform to engage different customer segments on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

● Manage the scheduling, optimizing and follow up of the Aló Abogada (Lives) from Social accounts, including repeats on OneStream platform each week

● Manage HubSpot Bot, Pop-ups and Forms for website

● Develop concepts for promotions

● Special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

● 4+ years in marketing and/or social media campaigns; Degree preferred

● Extensive experience with social media platforms and analytics, website management and other digital marketing tools, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Analytics, Photoshop, SEO, paid social media advertising, data analytics, etc.

● Demonstrated success in team and strategy management

● Creative and innovative approach to marketing a law firm

● Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

● Willingness to adhere to the company values of compassion, innovation, communication and commitment

● Some flexibility in hours may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
