This role will provide critical support to the operations and administrative functions of the Marketing Department-a great role for someone looking to get their foot in the door of a world-class marketing team!

How You'll Contribute:

• 50% of the role includes owning the Global Marketing's sample order process for PR, Sports Marketing and Marketing sample bikes by working with both domestic and global internal and external resources
• Manage the Global Selects Process used to identify sample bikes for global launches and work with the team to determine marketing needs
• Manage Production Photography by maintaining status, mitigating issues, prioritizing needs and working with appropriate parties to push those needs forward
• Ownership of scheduling shot list meetings and ensuring documentation gets shared with appropriate parties and saved appropriately
• Assist with the preparation of marketing presentations and meetings as may be required
• Work with Marketing Operations Director to manage projects and timelines for marketing projects as well as Sales Meeting needs
• Assist with annual fiscal marketing budgeting process
• Assist with monitoring and tracking of global marketing budget
• Work with Marketing Operations Director to identify, implement and optimize internal processes
• Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function.
• Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field
• Demonstrated experience in the bike industry
• Strong Project Management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to organize efficiently
• Strong detail orientation and commitment to seeing a project through from beginning to end
