We are seeking a high energy, friendly, motivated self-starter, who loves working with children and adults alike, and has a martial arts background. If you have the requisite experience, and are enthusiastic and passionate about the value martial arts adds to a person’s life, you are what we are looking for. Great Personality and People Skills a Must! Must be a highly organized, self-starter who is passionate about the value martial arts adds to a person’s life and excited to communicate that passion to the community. Responsibilities include:

-Market the school’s services to the community, generate leads,

- Teach introductory martial arts lessons,

-Follow up with prospective members,

-Sell martial arts memberships,

-Manage member communication,

-Manage operational tracking and reporting,

-Organize special events and strategically partner with Premier Martial Arts and community partners.

-We require an instructor to assist with teaching, preparation, administration, and marketing for our Martial Arts classes.

A head instructor at Premier Martial Arts location is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key for the success of this position.

Training and Education of Instructor Management:

• Certified Instructor Training
• Performance Evaluation for all Instructors

Marketing:

• Distributing marketing materials into the community
• Lead generation programs
• Mass intro marketing
• Setting appointments for Intros
• Build professional relationships with student

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
