We provide a fully furnished massage room with all necessary supplies. We have an existing clientele. We provide all massage supplies including lotions, massage sheets, and linens. We perform all the scheduling and insurance billing. All you have to do is massage patients, which is the most important part of your job.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pennsylvania massage license
• Commit to 5 massages/work day

COMPENSATION

• $35-50 per massage depending on experience and skill level.
• You can earn between $40,000 to $70,000 annually based on your ambition
• Therapist retains all tips
• Full pay for cancellations under 24 hours.

Full Job Description

The massage therapist is responsible for:

• Rendering the necessary massage services for the scheduled clients (ability to do both therapeutic and relaxing massages as needed). Most needed modalities are trigger point work, other NMT, deep tissue, and orthopedic. Swedish massage, as needed.
• Performing shift-start and shift-end duties. The therapist will arrive 15 minutes before the first massage starts to open a room. You are responsible for changing sheets between massages but not responsible for laundry.
• Write SOAP notes for clients serviced.

15-30-minute breaks between massages to give enough time to turn over a room, to check out a client and maybe check in early the next client, to write soap notes and rest a few minutes.

Flexibility in schedule with enough notice of the reserved time slots. Ability to take vacations as needed or long weekends as needed with enough notice to block off the time.
