The Sterling Center is a community based, non-profit agency that specializes in child welfare using trauma informed and family systems approaches. Our agency comes from humble beginnings; starting with only a few clinicians in Fort Myers, today we receive referrals from all over the gulf coast, central and northeast, FL. Our agency founder, Dr. Sterling, is passionate about the work that is being done in the community. Our clients know that The Sterling Center clinicians are a partner and advocate for their families. We work collaboratively with families on goal setting and making lasting changes to improve their quality of life and wellbeing. Here at The Sterling Center, we are equally passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging culture for our clinicians. This an an agency that helps you reach your goals as a clinician. We will help you establish a solid clientele, bi-weekly pay, a flexible schedule, and qualification for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. Additionally, our clinicians have access to the admin team who takes care of billing and intake/scheduling.
We serve the underserved. We build back children and families that have experienced crisis and trauma.
**This is not a remote position. Clinicians are required to serve within the community.**

We serve all counties throughout the state of Florida.
What we are looking for:
1. Master's Level Clinician - Contractor (1099) and Full Time (W2) positions available
2. Clinicians fully licensed welcomed. Candidate is not required to be registered with the Florida Board, but TSC adheres to the same guidelines as the Florida Board to be considered for hire. Education must meet all Board requirements.
3. Case Load = Contractor 10 clients and up weekly Full Time 25-30 clients weekly
4. Case notes submitted within 24-48 hours after the date of service.
Contract Clinician: 1099
Full time or Part time
Rate per session hour: $30 unlicensed $35 Licensed
Employee Clinician: W2
Full Time Only: 25 or more sessions per week
Administrative pay: $100 Per week (scheduling appointments, TX plans, case documenting etc.)
Gas stipend: $ 30 per week
Rate per session hour: $25 unlicensed $30 Licensed
Benefits after 90 days:

Pay: $37,142.55 - $97,315.61 per year
