Responsibilities/Duties

  • Set up and configures conference rooms according to client specifications.
  • Maintains inventory of all conference items and notifies supervisor when additional supplies are needed.
  • Provides prompt and detailed service as scheduled by client or by request.
  • Conducts site inspections of meeting rooms and notifies supervisor if items require service.
  • Provides recommendations to planning managers regarding appropriate room setups.
  • Collaborates to identify solutions for unique setup challenges.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements and
Skills

  • HS Diploma required
  • The ideal candidate should:
    • Exhibit excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (lift min 20lbs)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Be able to pass background check
