Tillman's Meat & Country Store is a small business in Jacksonville, FL. We are professional, demanding, collaborative and our goal is to Provide the best meats and service to our growing customer base.

We are looking for 2 meat cutters (full time & part time).

The job entails setting up the meat display in the mornings, maintaining good meat display throughout the day and attending to customer requests and cleaning / closing down at night.

The ideal candidate must have experience working in a meat room working with beef, and pork.

The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision.

Prep work with meat in a kitchen / restaurant will not count as experience for this type of job.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide excellent customer service
• Cut, trim, tie and prepare all types of meat cuts
• Manage and organize walk-in coolers and freezers
• Manage and maintain meat display cases
• Clean equipment and meat room.

Qualifications and Skills

• Good meat cutting skills
• Good personality and working well with other members of the team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
