Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is Boise's premier retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional service and quality housing. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a full-time Med Tech Float.
As a Med Tech Float, you will enrich lives every day by relying on your experience and knowledge of medication systems and procedures to ensure that residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!
As a Med Tech Float you will be assigned to cover any open day, evening or overnight shift. You must be available and willing to work any open shift during your on call schedule. You will have a choice of an call schedule of either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:
- Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
- Have a Med Tech certificate valid for the state of Idaho
