CornerStone Staffing is partnered with a major hospital in Dallas and is seeking an AR Team Lead who is accustomed to working in a high volume environment. If you have 4+ years Accounting and Accounts Receivable experience then we want to talk to you!

Job Title: Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist

Temp-to-Hire

Location: Dallas, TX Pay: $19-22/hr (based off experience)

**Offering $250 sign on bonus after 30 days on the job**

Schedule: Monday - Friday, business hours

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the accounts receivable management systems which include the billing and customer service
• Follow up on the departments protocol to maximize the patients satisfaction
• Work closely with the insurance providers and/or attorneys to resolve any settlement
• Help coworkers by leading by example
• Review claim information to ensure accuracy and provide feedback regarding claim errors and/or denials.

Requirements:

• Experience with healthcare medical Insurance follow-up
• Recent work experience dealing with government and commercial insurances
• Advanced understanding of Explanation of Benefits
• Previous knowledge and experience of Remark codes and Claims denial
• High School diploma required
• Recent knowledge of EPIC Knowledge of patient accounting applications
• Must be fully COVID vaccinated for this specific role
