Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist

We have an immediate openings available for a remote Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist. Our ideal candidate will be a polished professional who is detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with payers to ensure timely resolution of all outstanding claims
• Ability to use various workflow systems and client host systems
• Utilize MPower workflow system
• Possess an understanding of government, Medicare and Medicaid claims
• Follow Up with Insurance carriers on all assigned accounts
• Review and updates all patient and financial information accurately as given
• Initiate appeals when necessary
• Ability to identify and correct medical billing errors

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance collections
• Knowledge of denied claims appeals process
• Previous experience in physician billing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
